Very Happy with the value and quality.

Great quality and durability.

This is a great product, great quality for its price. Also durable to use as river float. Only downside was that I under estimated the size, I’m 5’11” 150lbs which made it difficult to sit on the tube as a float comfortably. More like a kid float.

dive float innertube

By Will

It's an inner tube, so what can you say? Since most tire stores no longer carry inner tubes, there aren't many sources for a replacement for the dive float. The tubes seems to be of heavy material and should last a few years.

Why did you choose this?
Leisure Pro Store
I bought 2 last year and was very satisfied that they are heavy duty and hold air even as stored for several months before weather and river flow allows us to float. Hint: if you float and want more maneuverability, wear fins on feet and paddle with a kayak paddle. You will still be able to handle a fishing pole if that's what you do.

How much weight would this tune hold??
Mareike V on Feb 28, 2012
BEST ANSWER: How much weight do you need? How heavy are the waves you will be in? How deep are you going? How long is you tether and how are you going to manage it.? I would think about 10-20 lbs for stability- but I would add an extra tether to the weights in case the tire flips over. Anything else should be tethered. I recommend the large carabineer. I found some at some several stores- about 2-3 $. The carabineer is also good to snap on your BC to hold your mask when not on your head.
If you are talking about total weight, you could put several weight belts on it without trouble.

So where is the Aqua Standard float cover with mesh bag on your site?
A shopper on Apr 19, 2018
BEST ANSWER: We no longer carry the float cover with mesh bag.
Does the valve stem push in and have a cover to it?
A shopper on May 13, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Yes it has a standard fill vavle. Although I recommend the Tire Inflator that connects to your LPI. It's good insurance if the tube looses bouncy due to cooler waters. I use it several times a year, and never had an issue.
Would a couple of these tube be able to float a dock?
A shopper on Aug 17, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I would not recommend using these to float a dock. Puncture of the material would render them useless
Can you be more specific about the measurements ? thank you
Luis F on Dec 11, 2015
BEST ANSWER: The ‘Fully Inflated’ dimensions are: 28.5 inches O.D. x 14.0 inches I.D. . This tube fits well inside most common dive float covers.( check cover dimensions) and has sufficient buoyancy for standard recreational diving requirements in full inflated conditions. I use this tube with my diving classes.

what is the maximum PSI this tube will hold ? What is the inflated outside diameter ?

Thank you and have a nice day.
Sid W on Dec 17, 2011
BEST ANSWER: It is the size of a trailer tire and holds the pressure stated on the side of the tube. I put it in the cover and inflate it until firm. I purchased it with the diver cover and the atatachable flag. I have used it several times and found it to work. I use a 100' reel line which is aquard but it pulls the float along with me.
