Good wetsuit

By Phil M.

Ive done 30 dives with this now and haven't had any problems. The small size fits my tall and skinny frame. Overall very happy with this one.

Elastic suit and easy to put on

By Jorge I.

Actually I bought this suit as a second team to give it intense use and not very careful for practices, safeguarding the main one that is a Bare Velocity Full Suit (excellent). I was struck by the quality and the extremely comfortable design, very elastic with the adequate thermal protection, it is more elastic and flexible than the Cressi Maya 2.5mm and I think with a neoprene of better quality. I was pleasantly surprised by how well done he is.

Love this wetsuit!

First one was slightly big but no problem, sent it back for next size smaller at no cost to me! Second one came and fit is perfect! Love this wetsuit! Can’t wait to get in the water with it!

NIce lightweight good especially for the price

Used it in Indonesia where the water was in the mid 80's. Loved it. It held up for over well for over 40 dives.

Great wetsuit

By Bryan N.

from New Richmond, WI, US

I bought this wet suit for a trip to Belize. I am a novice diver and bought this after the reviews I read. I am a 6'3" 230lb. male and bought the XXL. The fit was great and I did not feel restricted at all. The water temps were high 70's on all of our dives and I never felt like I was to warm. I would definitely recommend this wet suit.

Thumbs up

Great wetsuit for Tropical waters

By Pascal F.

from Longueuil, QC, CA

After renting those for a few years, I finally purchased one. Renting is so expensive in Cozumel, this wetsuit will actually pay for itself on a single 7 day dive vacation. The wetsuit is lightweight and packs very nicely in my luggage. The seams and the neoprene appear to be of a nice quality, much nicer than the Maya model. I knew the Large would fit me because I had rented one in Cozumel on my last trip. 3mm is perfect for me in Cozumel, with water temperature averaging 26C. I tend to be cold normally. My family rented old worn out Cressi Maya 2.5mm wetsuits and both my wife and the teenager were shivering. The design looks very nice, much nicer in my opinion than the plain black wet suits. Will it last forever? Nothing does. But I expect this wetsuit to last a long time.

This is the first time for me to purchase a wetsuit. What do you wear under it or do you?
Ray P on Aug 10, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Wear a bathing suit underneath. If you are doing 2 dives with a surface interval, you will want to pull down the arms and chest area to cool off a bit during the surface interval or decide to talk it completely off. If you have nothing underneath, this might be a bit..... awkward??!!
My height is 5"6, weight 185 LB, chest 42, waist 37, In Mares I wear XL but I am worried that Cressi XL might be tight , I more inclined to order XXL but I am afraid it would be too long for me, please advise if I should get XL or XXL ?

BEST ANSWER: I'm 5"7, weight about 165, chest 42 and I ordered a medium which fits pretty well. I usually wear L. The medium is still too long for me, being being 5"7, I could roll it up a good 3 inches in the ankles if I wanted. It's obvious these suits were designed for people around 5"10. My thoughts on buying a wetsuit are that if its not tight, it's not doing its job of keeping you warm. And of course it loosens up a bit in water. So I'd probably advise going with the XL for you just so it's not too long that it's annoying. Hope this helps
