Very Light Weight

I bought these fins because the Bio Fin is so heavy and with airline weight restrictions needed something lighter. They are very light but I didn't care much for them underwater. They weren't bad just not nearly as efficient as the Bio Fin. Took a lot more kick action. Next trip I think I'll take the heavier fins and ditch somthing else for weight.

This is the second set I have bought. Both my daughters use these and work really well for them.

Light weight, nice flex to prevent cramping and over all comfortable/useable fin.

Great Fins for the Money

By RicoSuave

After doing some research I opted for these Cressi Frog-Plus fins. I normally wear a 9.5 US sneaker, so I purchased the fins in a M/L size. Using the "Cressi Carib 3 mm Dive Slippers" (size 9) with these fins, I get a glove like fit. The fins are well made, and the heel straps and buckles are easy to use, and they came with a removable insert for smaller feet (S/M)

I used this fin to take my dry suit class. These fins worked out perfectly!

Best fins I ever had!!

By Sidekick

I got this pair of fins through upstate scuba in Clemson, SC when I got certified. Half the class got these and the other half got a different brand. they were good but these were so much better. i got lucky they ran out before i went to get mine!

I love this fin

By JAMES N.

I also have a pair of Apollo split fins, and I have to say that I love the Cressi Frog Plus fins more. It is lighter and not as long as and thus makes it easier to pack and travel with. I took it with me when I went diving in Curacao and also used it when I took my rescue diving course. The Frog Plus fins can accomodate pretty much any kicking style with ease. If you have strong legs and you're looking for fins that can propel you from point a to b rapidly, this fins might not be for you. If you're a casual, recreational diver or someone who get cramps easily, you should give this fins a try.

Good fins -reasonable price

By Steven C.

from Mound, MN, US

I wear a 10.5-11 shoe. Got the regular-large size and 3mm booties. Fit is good. The strap is a bit difficult to snap in the water. Will probably end up getting bungee straps to improve this. Overall good find for the price!

Good Fins

By JOHN K.

from Sumrall , MS, US

Fins are well made as expected from Cressi. They run big. Had to send back the pair I bought for my daughter. She wears a ladies 8 shoe and the mediums swallowed her foot even with boots on. Other than that, the fins performed well. I got them in white so I could keep track of her while diving. Very visible in the water. No complaints. My hat is off to leisure pro's no hassle exchange. Will definitely do business again.

Nice Fin - Poor service

By TinToronto

I really like these fins, but I have really small feet (US size 5), I ordered an extra small but they sent me a small. It's a pain to deal with returns to Canada. The fins themselves are so light weight, I was unsure what they were when they came in the box (I thought they would be heavier). The design is awesome, really nice looking. If you have normal size feet, you will probably love this fin!

Why did you choose this?
Leisure Pro Store
My husband has Cressi frogs and loves them. My first generation Mares split fins needed replacement so I bought these. Plus, there was a 5$ donation for breast cancer so I bought them. I dealt with the online chat person who was super helpful and pleasant. I have always had great luck with the Leisure Pro and have never had to return anything to them.

Hi, just wondering if someone can please tell me the weight of these fins? I am looking for ones for travel. Thanks.
A shopper on Nov 1, 2011
BEST ANSWER: not sure of exact weight, but can tell you these fins are great and very light weight. a great buy for recreational diving or free diving. i love em and been diving for almost 20 years.
I plan to wear these with a 7MM Henderson dive boot size 9 mens. What size fin will I need to order?
jarrod p on Jul 1, 2011
BEST ANSWER: M/L according to the sizing chart. This is a great fin, they look great and perform amazing. We race in these all the time, Im and average swimmer, but I've never been beat.

I
What dive shoes do I need with these? Any recommendations from this site? When I put the fins on it seems as though the top part on my foot is hard plastic so I’m concerned it will be a problem if I get the wrong shoes
A shopper on Jan 7, 2019
BEST ANSWER: It is really a personal preference whether to use slip-on fins (bootess). I personally use these fins with a hardsole boot (low height). I also wear a thin dive sock, which eliminates the chance of the top part of your rubbing on the fin. My wife actually prefers a little thicker sock. The key besides correct fitting boots is that fins fit well. You absolutely do not want a ‘sloppy’ fitting boot or fin. DAB2019
Are these shorter than standard Cressi frog fins? How long are they? I don't like a super-flexible fin, are these a little stiffer than other fins?
A shopper on Jul 26, 2011
BEST ANSWER: I don't own a standard Cressi Frog fins, so I can't comment if the Frog plus is shorter or not. The measurement of my frog plus from the tip back to where the furthest part of your foot can fit into, the length is only 13" with the overall length of 24". Cressi Frog Plus is definitely shorter than my Apollo bio fins. The fins are stiffer than the Apollo fins as well. It is a very easy pair of fins to swim with under water and on the surface. I used it when I went diving in Curacao and when I did my rescue diving class. it is a great set of fins for new and experienced divers alike.
What is the overall length of the X-Small?
A shopper on Apr 27, 2013
BEST ANSWER: They are 23" in length. We have really enjoyed these fins.

I'm a woman's size 8 would sml/med be my size?
A shopper on Jan 26, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I wear a mens 9 1/2 and I use a medium fin with 5 mil boots. Hope that helps.
What is the blade lenght on these fins?
Ryan P on Aug 1, 2019
BEST ANSWER: The length of the entire fin (from heel box to tip of fin is 25 inches. The length of the blade from the end of the toe box to the tip of the fin is 14 inches. These are a very good ergonomic fitting fin and work well in most currents, creating minimal calf and leg fatigue.
I can’t find the weight and the length of this fin anywhere on this site?
Lennie on May 12, 2019
BEST ANSWER: M/L 4.7 lbs 26 in long

TedANJ on Mar 16, 2017

Will the S/M fit a pair of Mares Trilastic 5mm Dive Boots size 8?
May D on Feb 21, 2014
