These work just fine. Popped them in and they snugged into place on there own. Could feel suction, but without any discomfort. Held for swim. Will use regular, as I get water trapped in there regularly without them.

The ones I have are too large for children unless there is a child size. That having been said they are easy to insert, they stay in place and they work well.

No the blue ones are for adults, there are orange ones elsewhere on the site for kids.. Good luck
