It helps to prevent the communication unit from bearing down weight on the mask strap. With the communication support you can easily adjust your mask and relieve the cumbersome effect of the unit. While the mask is being donned, the strap can stay loose, keeping the communication system out of the way. The support can be adjusted for proper angle and distance between the communication unit and mask for comfortable positioning and a hassle-free dive.
