great stuff

Originally purchased to fix up an old snowmobile track, which did work btw. Ended up using for various other uses along the way including repairing shoe soles several times, automotive plastic parts, model train stuff etc. I'm on my 2nd tube.

Can't beat it

I'd give this a six star rating if it was available. I've been using it for a number of years now and the first fix I did on my 7 mil suit is still holding great! I've also used it for repairing boat seats and even lawn mower seats. Excellent product. It does need to be applied flat or it will run easily. Stays very flexible year after year.

Questions & Answers

Questions about this item:

Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
RICHARD L  Dry suit repair.
Hiromi S  because this sealant is 8 oz.very big.
Dorothy B  Can I use it for water holding tanks on a rv. Leak is around the connecting hose. Probably should flex?
bob b  No
Joseph S  ◾It bonds to hypalon, neoprene, latex, nylon, vinyl (PVC), GORE-TEX and other trilaminates, many fabrics, foams, composites, and many plastics. Not sure if it passes potable water standards...but for wastewater I bet its fine.
Dorothy B  Thank you, its for potable water.
Dennis D  Yikes! No idea if Aquaseal is safe for drinking water. I would contact your local RV repair company, because I am certain there are products made especially for RV tanks.
Dorothy B  If I were you, I would make it a point to know that answer. Why would a RV reapairman know anything about your product.
Dennis D  Why the heck would I know?! I’m just a random dude who also bought Aquaseal! (To fix my drysuit, which is what it is made for.) LeisurePro said, “Hey, you also bought this, can you answer a customer question.”
CHARLES P  It’s a great product. I use it to fix cuts in bike tires after using it for years to fix wet suits. It may work for your problem.
Shopper  will it work on concrete ?
KEVIN F  The manufacturer does not give recommendations for use on concrete.
CHARLES P  Sorry but I never tried it on concret
mike g  Have not tried it on concrete, but it is just s good quality silicone, do not see why not, but what is the application for?
mike m  This stuff will adhere to most anything. It's incredibly tacky. It will affix two pieces of concrete together fine but if you intend to use it to fix a basement wall crack or something like that, it probably wont hold for more than a temporary fix. The water pressure and joint movement will eventually break apart the seal eventually.
