All seams and nose cones are heat (radio frequency) RF welded together, Island Hopper then double overlap the nose and other critical areas with an additional glued reinforcement for strength and structural durability. Island Hopper also double reinforces the connections between the tubes and double up the material on the seats, footings and knuckle areas. (544.3kg) maximum load capacity and requires a tow rope with a 6,000 lbs. (2,722 kg) tensile strength.
