I have no idea. When I ordered my computer I ordered this cable since the website showed it worked with my computer. It didn't and when I contacted leisure pro to assist with the issue never received a reply. If you go to the Genesis website you might find your answers.

I use Windows 7. The download kit is a simple communication cable and should work if the device software is compatible with Windows 10.

Mine was made before 2010 and works fine. It only works with the white face computer.

Search for "GDK400" on google and look for a PDF file on an akona site.
It suggests that models with a white face use the GDK400 cable but if you have an older model with a gray face you need the 3900DR cable. Hope this helps.

I downloaded the program to my windows 7 it worked fine. I manually input 3 dives. I will be diving. In a week or two when I get my regulator.

I just recv'd this cable and it doesn't work. apparently there are two versions, the GDK400 for the 2009 white face ReactPro and 3900DR for the 2006 black face ReactPro. Who else has this cable and did you get it to work properly ?

I purchased both the cable and the dive computer from Leisure Pro. Initially, I though it was something wrong with the cable; however, there is a place in the software that allow you to pick the type of dive computer that you have. As it turned out, I had selected the wrong kind. I had to select WHITE to get it to work. I think that "white" is a reference to the color of the ring surrounding the LCD where symbols are printed. It has nothing to do with the color of the plastic casing.

First, make sure you have the proper cable, second, it's a very poor connection. It takes several attempts to to get a proper connection. Any little movement on the part of the cable or computer, disconnects them.
