better than the clip

By DugEfresh

Excellent, works better than the clip which twists my mask strap. this doesn't. once you get your snorkel straped with this, it allows the srorkel to flop around easily when not in your mouth, it also allows the snorkel to slide and adjust easy. Someone else left a review on this website suggesting you buy a couple with your next order to keep on hand as spares or backup, i agree. except i didn't use it as a spare or backup, i use it as a replacement. LIKE I SAID, BETTER THAN THE CLIP

Works great!

By Stanley H.

Works great on my mask!

The most simple but functional snorkel keeper ever manufactured. This double loop style snorkel keeper can be adapted to virtually any snorkel if needed. Inexpensive (a buck and change) made from durable rubber you should have several in your save-a-dive-kit. Also, can be used as an octopus holder in a pinch! Oh Yea! Your kids can dip them in soapy water and blow bubbles too!

Questions about this item:

Tom W  When I got certified my buddy lost his snorkel, borrowed his brothers for the 2nd day and lost that one ALSO.  Someone had a spare and I wrapped a rubber band on it LOL.  On a dive in Cozumel someone in the group lost theirs.  Luckily I have a snorkel keeper, but also keep some extras with just in case.   It’s penny’s of worries I hope never to have later.   ?
Mario C  Still one of the best multi function dive gear. I use one as my snorkel keeper. always on my extra gear bag... regulator necklace, o-rings and straps... then extra mask, reg blablabla.....
CYNTHIA C  What is a snorkel keeper used for?
CRAIG M  It holds the snorkel to the mask strap.
JUNE H  It will allow you to attach the snorkel to the mask strap.
Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
ERIC C  Replacement for old snorkel keeper over 25 years old.
MICHELLE A  “October Dive trip to St. Maarten
NICHOLAS P  Always good to have a few of these in your save a dive kit.
Scott C  Always good to have a few extra on hand.
Kerrie R  spares
James K  I only hope this one lasts half as long as the one I've been using for 40 years. This is to replace the ones that comes with the Cressi Spearfishing America snorkels that I just bought that come with a new-fangled plastic keeper which does not appear to be as secure.
JAMES H  I use this as a secondary method of securing my Mini-Fogcutter Knife on my HP console hose
Laura W  Selected this rubber snorkel keeper as I'm tired of struggling with tangled hair trapped in the hard plastic keeper that I've been using for years. I'm hoping the rubber will also be a better choice over the pvc as it should be softer.
MCKENNA H  Because I need a snorkel keeper and all my gear is black.
JON A  simple and easy to use
ADAM H  great to keep the snorkel athached. easiest and cheapest way to do it is gadget
