What’s the Circle of Excellence?
The Bizrate Insights Circle of Excellence Award is a distinction earned by retailers who go above and beyond to provide exceptional online services and experiences.
Bizrate evaluates customer experiences based on several metrics including Overall Customer Satisfaction, Product Selection and Ease of Finding, plus a few others. Based on the tabulation of all of these metrics, Bizrate chooses the top performers and honors them with the Circle of Excellence Award. The Bizrate Circle of Excellence recognizes those online retailers that have provided outstanding online customer experiences throughout the previous 12 months.
This award is uniquely based on customer feedback from only verified online buyers. All winners received top satisfaction scores across key metrics* throughout the calendar year. The award period for the 2017 Circle of Excellence was January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017.
The satisfaction indicators considered for the Bizrate Circle of Excellence Award are:

• Product Met Expectations
• Customer Support and Satisfaction
• On-Time Delivery
This year, only 97 eCommerce websites have received this Award, representing 1.5% of our North American Retailer Network. We couldn’t be more excited to be part of this group!
