Comments about Zeagle Concept II Pro BCD with Ripcord Weight System, Black:

        Great product overall.
My only complaints are that when not wearing a wetsuit, the steel tacks can be uncomfortable on your ribs and also the weight quick release system is hard to set back up.

Comments about Zeagle Concept II Pro BCD with Ripcord Weight System, Black:

This product is the best BC I have ever used. Weight pockets are large enough for when using a dry suit in cold water, which is hard to find.

            Questions about this item:

Jim J  I assume this is a two tank band style, does the style hold air requiring more weight to descend? I have heard the rear wing style requires 2-3 more pounds of weight to equal jacket style BCDs? Please comment. Thanks!
DAVID R  I got this model for my young and skinny son. This model provides a great range of adjustment for growth and other divers use. This is a two-banded bcd. I like that because it eliminates weight from the bcd yet has a firm back when mounted to a tank. I would say this does not tend to trapped air in the bladder. The simple design of the bladder just doesn't lend to trapping air. (It's the same bladder as on the Ranger models.) My son finds this bcd very comfortable and easy to use as a 'newby'. I find the back inflate preferable as there is very little bulk on the chest or waste and this bcd has plenty of places to hook on a light or other item and just as easy to look down your chest and find what your looking for. This bcd is easy thru the water with its reduced bulk and well as adjust in the water. Just a few comments to remember with this bcd: the pockets are for the weights - not really anything else - plenty of D rings though, consider getting the rear weight pockets - very nice for trimming your weight. Note that these back inflates tend to put your face towards, or in, the water at the surface which the jacket styles don't do. Trimming your weight will help compensate with that. I personally prefer to lay on my back at the surface. Finally, everybody I have ever spoken to that dives a Zeagle loves them. I hope that these comments are helpful.
Jim J  Thank you , David, great explaination. Sounds like the rear bladder is the best options. Safe diving! :-)
