They run pretty true to size. I love these boots. I'm an Instructor Trainer and I swear by these boots to all my students as well. They are very comfortable and not tight around my ankles. Great booties!

Sizes run a bit big I usually wear a size 10 and fit into a size 9 with about half an inch toe room. Be aware that as I wore these boots the edging of the sole peels away from the neoprene upper part of the boot.

they're meant to be unisex and universal for a common foot, if you find yourself having to buy extra wide shoes on the regular then these may not fit you. they're great simple and easy slip on boots, I literally wear them almost every day.

Yes, I would consider unisex, but the sizing is based on men's footwear sizing. I used an online "calcuator" to get the correct sizing for my female foot.

Like any dive boot they are black and not fancy. I see no reason that they could not be unisex unless a fashion statement is trying to be made. They function well.
