About Miflex Low Pressure Hoses

Miflex hoses feature a patent pending double nylon safety braiding designed to outperform and outlive traditional rubber hoses. Miflex hoses are 30% lighter than an equivalent length rubber hose and have unmatched flexibility. You can tie a Miflex hose in a knot and be assured of continuous, uninterrupted airflow. Every hose is subjected to more than 30 performance and safety tests to receive the EN250 certification. Hose fittings are manufactured from UNI 12164 CW 614N chrome plated brass. The Miflex Low Pressure Hose is available in multiple lengths and colors to fit any diver's needs. Hoses range from 6" to 1,200" (15.2cm to 3,048cm) and have an external diameter of 0.47" (12mm) with an internal diameter of 0.26" (6.5mm). Questions about this item:

DANIEL B  I have a ScubaPro G250V second stage and I can't see how to detach the original hose from it. It seems just crimped on. (There are no hexagonal nuts or anything.) Would I need to take it to a dive shop to replace the original hose with a Miflex?
HAL S  Scuba Pro takes a special wrench . Yes I would go to a dive shop .
trevor c  Can I use this for my power inflator on my BCD? or is there a special hose?
TODD F  Power inflator hose has a quick disconnect fitting on one end. A regulator hose cannot be used. Typically the miflex hose is used to provide greater flexibility for your reg so it does not pull as much in your mouth. That is not important with a power inflator so a traditional hose is used
Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
MIKE L  Easy moving, easy breathing.
