Questions about this item:

David P  Is the color black a concern in that it might look like a small animal that a shark or cuda may be tempted to bite?
TAEJOON P  No, I don't think so !
BILL H  Not an expert on shark or cuda behavior, but I would say no.
tony o  I seriously doubt that the bag would be misinterpreted as a prey item.
ERIC Y  ..no, generally speaking, black is not a troublesome color. Throughout the history of diving black has been a predominant color used by divers. Even the "Mythbusters" showed that yellow tended to garner more strikes from great whites than red, blue or black...anyway, no...you need not be concerned with things in black. My wife and I dove this with 6-9 adult tiger sharks and schools of cuda's a couple summers ago in NC...not even a special interest from any of the toothy critters :-)BTW, I was wearing a black wetsuit, black fins, and a black mask :-)
David P  Interesting, since black wet suits might look a wee bit like a seal[?]. I am even wary of spalshing as I play in the waves, or float along with a mask in 4-ft water collecting shells and watching small fish follow my hands. Listen I know you've heard of "necromones", gleaned from dead sharks, bottled, and tested with live sharks. Remember the effect? I love swimming in the ocean! Why do I even after watching Discovery Channel about their lethal potential?/who knows, but I am baffled why we do not have lines of shark shield within a perimeter of 100 yards off coasts where we like to frolic in the waves. I may want to buy something to wear or keep on me; I am concerned though that while wading or floating along, I will not see the shark first. Oh well, thx for the info!
JOSEPH P  I had never considered that but reef fish come in all sorts of colors, orange, yellow, blue, silver, red, etc. and I have gear of many of these colors so I guess I'm not sure if this is an issue.
David P  Thanks, Joseph - on 2 occasions separated by 10 years I've heard about "Yum yum yellow" but I realize fish are multicolored; obviously perhaps yellow and of course especially shiny, scaly decorum would be a no-no. I'm good; I ordered the bag. Thank you!
LISA C  It is definitely black. Good, small bag.
ANDREY M  never have this problem
