Is this a dry box? How deep is it good for? I want something to put my perscription glasses in while diving.
STEVEN D
I have owned a blue version of the case for a significant length of time, It is definitely NOT waterproof. Have gotten the inside foam soaked with water. It will protect your sunglasses while in dive boat from damage.
MIYUKI S
It is a dry case. Rated to 15 feet.

It is a dry box, but have only tested it to about 10 feet. However, if all you are putting in it is your prscription glasses, I would not worry about them. It will keep them safe while diving, even if they do get wet. I love all of my dry cases, and I have 4 of them. Hope this helps!
DEBORAH G
No, it does not hold out water. I do put my prescription glasses in it when I dive, but they do get wet.

I've never taken the case in the water, just used it as a dry glasses case on the boat and at the beach. It has an o-ring and will probably be water proof to a few feet, but I doubt the plastic sides will withstand a lot of pressure.
DAN M
It is a dry box but I wouldn't expect it to hold it's seal at diving depths. The seal is small, so I think that under pressure it would probably leak. I haven't tested it, so can't say for sure, but that is my impression given the size of the seal.
It is great for being around water and would keep things dry if it fell in the water or you were just on the surface. I use it to hold my prescription glasses, but I leave it on the boat or on shore.
WEDNESDAY S
No, this will not work for underwater use.
GAIL K
Yes, it is perfect for glasses. I have one for myself and have gotten some for friends as a gift.
DANIEL P
It is not a dry box and definitely not suitable for diving. It is, however, a good protective case in a dry environment.
JONATHAN M
It is a dry box with an o-ring seal. I have not taken it underwater, just around water.
