Second Pair, I've Owned

I loved these gloves so much the first time that I bought a second pair. While these gloves did eventually rip, I put over 200 dives on them, before they finally ripped. Great fit, very comfortable and no issues with dexterity. The 3mm provide enough warmth for any dive between 48 to 75 degrees. Highly recommend!!

Zipper broke on first day.

Gloves fit great, but when you try Zipp them up over a wetsuit they're super tight and one of my zippers actually broke on the first day diving with them. The zippers are made of cheap plastic so I a tribute it to that. These are the only zippered gloves out there which is why I got them but after this experience I feel like there is a reason no one else makes zippered gloves.

Great set of gloves

from Honolulu, HI, US

Incredibly comfortable and not so stiff that I cannot use my hands or manipulate gear while wearing them. Easy to remove both dry and wet (even in water), and keeps my hands nice and warm. I ordered the small size and they were a teeny bit snug out of the box. After a few days of wearing them in and out of the water they fit perfectly.

Fits like a glove

Amazing quality , great product . Service and delivery from Leisure Pro top notch .Amazing service .Leisure pro is the place to buy your gear. Gloves top quality, no issues with the zipper or any material . If your hand is between sizes order the smaller size.

Well made and warm

Don't buy these if you have giant manly macho wrists - they're a bit tight, but not uncomfortably so. Apart from that, they're well made, warm in 65 degree water, easy to don/doff, and very comfortable. The seals will stick to the Waterproof wetsuit's wrist seals, making them more or less semi-dry. I normally wear a medium sized glove but the smalls fit me perfectly, so they may run a touch on the large side. The only con is that the Aramid/Kevlar version of this glove is difficult to find, and Leisurepro doesn't stock them (and also they cost > $100).

a very well made product at a good price

Great service with Frank L. very good experience with Leisure Pro staff

Questions & Answers Powered by TurnTo®

Questions about this item:

Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
Joey M  Need a new pair of gloves and these look comfortable and easy to put on and off with the zipper. Not too thick but also purchased Lavacore gloves as an under layer on cold dives.
Jamie R  does it have a fleece or some liner in the inside of the glove, and does the zipper unzipp and how to keep it from unzipping?
JOSEPH I  There's a thin liner but not fleece and I'm not sure why they call them waterproof since water does get through when submerged. But, I also have the 5mm 3-finger version of these I just took spearfishing in upper 50F water and I've had the 3mm out paddling a few times practicing my whitewater rolling. They keep your hands warm when wet and they've got good grip. I've had no problems with the zippers unzipping. I think people might be trying to zip them over too many layers of other stuff. For scuba, I had them zipped over a 3 mil wetsuit. For paddling, I zip them over the wrist gaskets (pretty thin) but inside the outer drytop layer.
DANIEL L  There isn't a fleece liner, but the inside of the glove is lined with a very smooth material that makes getting the glove on very easy. The zipper does un-zip easily if worn outside the wetsuit sleeve - - so I just zip them up & tuck them under my wetsuit sleeve.
DARRELL B  The liner is the same as on the high-end Waterproof wetsuits, it's the "orange" material, with the "silver" material at the seals. The zipper zips and unzips, just like it is supposed to do. Mine stays zipped until I unzip it. Hope this helps.
JASON M  Yes, the zipper does in zip, but up here in the puget sound I've never been cold. I put wax on the zipper every 3 dives and it stays put.
