I really appreciate the customer service on this one...my prescription swim goggles, which I use regularly for swimming laps at the pool, broke at the plastic strap connector. Since I'd purchased the pair in Australia 15 years ago for $80 AUD, I was concerned about being able to replace them. Knowing only the company name, View Way, I did an internet search, finding a Japanese affiliate, a California company, and an East Coast supplier based in NYC, Leisure Pro. In a phone call with a Leis...ure Pro service rep, I was guided to the Leisure Pro website spare parts kit purchase I needed for under $10, thus avoiding the potentially very expensive purchase of a second pair of prescription swim goggles. The prescription lenses on my old goggles are still in great condition. (They were initially sold as a "ballpark" prescription, by an Australian optician after I lost my glasses to a king wave: near enough to my prescription to work for finding my towel at the beach, etc, thus reducing the cost of prescription swim goggles by hundreds of dollars!
