View Swim Platina Corrective Lens

from Wichita, KS, US

Worked well with the parts kit and easy to put together to make a comfortable swim goggle that corrects my vision. Does not correct for astigmatism but at least I can see again while swimming.

Comfortable, clear, do not scratch easily

from Los Angeles, CA, US

I have just created my second set of goggles with these corrective lenses (due to losing first pair at the beach). I had no hesitation coming right back to these lenses. I love that you can get a different Rx for each eye. The resultant goggle are reasonably priced for corrective lenses. Makes so much difference, esp. at the beach. My main use is in the pool, and the rubber around the lenses resist chlorine well. I try to be careful with the lenses & have had really good results re: no scratches.

Great Plano lens

I have tried other corrective goggles some worked some didn't. I found that for me I needed ones that have a Plano lens flat not convex, these do. Also like that can get them in a plus correction most only seem to come in negative correction.

Questions about this item:

Shopper  Do you sell the goggle to hold these lenses? How do I order the goggles themselves?
Frank L  If you order two lenses, all you need is the parts kit: Complete goggle with two non corrective lenses:
Lara R  Can I get these with clear lenses instead of tinted ones? My daughter's swim clinic requires clear lenses.
Frank L  These are only available in the smoke lense, and some still available in blue (discontinued). Here is one that is available in clear:
Shopper  For this prescription, should sphere ,cylinder & axis be used to calculate the diopter strength?
anthony c  For those of us who do need to see when wearing these goggles, it would be useful if the site provided some basic guidance on how to use your written prescription and translate it into the sizes specified for this product. As it is, i guess I will just have to shop elsewhere at a site that cares about its customers enough to provide them with the necessary information to make an informed choice.
DANIEL J  I have a dozen or so of these goggles and am perfectly happy with them. My eyes have odd numbers and just use neg 2 and neg 3.5 and can see underwater well. I do triathlons and you have to understand I am not trying to read newspapers underwater just see well where I am going.
