Two of my friends bought this for our liveaboard trip a few months ago and told me they bought a new flashlight for night dives because they saw their dive leader had it and it had amazing power which I didn't really care at that time and thought its just another heavy light that I can prolly use for self defense against shark attacks.....So I stick to my 10 years old Saeko and Pelican until I skipped one night dive that they went for and saw their lights very distinctly from a distance from the deck so I borrowed one of their lights for the next night dive and compared it to what I have and it totally blew off the Pelican I just had to replace it (RIP)....It was too different once I pulled out my Pelican I couldn't get a focus on anything.....

Used this about 4 times. Really only kept it as a backup. First time I used it during the dive, it flooded. The Bezel was very stiff when I first got it. Disassembled and checked the Orings and lubed everything (like I do my other 12 lights). Still very stiff. No idea why it flooded.

Comments about Underwater Kinetics Sunlight eLED Dive Light:

I own a dive shop and use these lights for all our night dives. It's a durable and bright light that doesn't eat batteries and doesn't break the bank. It is too bright and focused for underwater video, but it's perfect for general night or low-light diving.

Didn't get the chance to use it yet, but appears to be very bright. Double O rings should make it well water proofed
