These fins have greatly improved my quality of life on our lobster trips to the keys. Every year in content keys, the current gets me. Not anymore! These fins are powerful, but not a ridiculous size like a scuba fin. I do think these would probably be ok for scuba too. if only they came in pink. Sigh.
For reference I am a female who wears an 8.5 in sandals/wedges/heels. I ordered the size that corresponded with 38.5.

These fins have a good balance of effort and power, unlike some too soft fins. I bought these to replace My Akona Pirate fins that wore out after 8 years. I use them for both snorkeling and training several times a week. I would highly recommend them. Fits true to size too.

I have a REGULAR size Stratos and I wear size 8.5 (Men's) booties. Still plenty of room. I reckon a size 10 (Men's) can fit comfortably in the REGULAR.
