Good deal!

By DOUGLAS D.

A good deal on corrective lenses for a great mask! For the recreational diver/snorkler these lenses will fill the bill without breaking the pocketbook. Install is easy but if you are afraid of breaking something let LP install them for you.

Very Happy

* Please note that lenses are interchangeable from Left to Right. Lenses are sold individually.

Do you have vision problems when diving?

Rx lenses are offered on several TUSA masks. This option allows the diver to choose right and left lens powers in both a variety of diopter for maximum flexibility of proper vision. Just as eyeglasses are the easiest and safest way to correct vision topside, corrective lenses are the simplest and most cost-effective choices for correcting vision underwater.

Tired of not being able to see well underwater? Can't read your computer or gauges? Maybe you not sure what f-stop you are setting your camera on? If these are problems for you when diving, you need to get a set of diopter lenses for your dive mask. If you need corrective lenses for your Geminus or Ceos 2 window or Splendive 4 windowed masks, (See SKU's: TBTM212S, TBTM212), it can be easily fitted with optical lenses from -1.5 and -7.5 diopters in 0.5 increments. Lenses are manufactured from tempered glass. Stop squinting and dive safer with corrected vision underwater.

This product can only be shipped to U.S. addresses.

Questions & Answers

Questions about this item:

S. S  My prescription is -1.75 but it is not offered, only -1.50 or -2.00, which should I choose?
Mario C  choose lower as water light refraction already does some of the correction
Charlotte B  what is the difference between the corrective lenses vs the corrective lenses plus?
terrence h  I don’t know for sure. What I wanted were lenses where the entire was was corrected. What was given me was a small quarter sized corrective that was glued to each side. Just having spent 2 weeks scuba diving and snorkeling in Tahiti I can tell you that for me the correction was worthless. So be very careful you know what your getting and that it will work for you.
JOHN T  I think this is referring to the lens prescription needed to correct your vision. Lenses are available in “plus” +1.0 to +4.5 or lenses can be “minus” -1.0 to -8.0.
ALEX G  It has to do with the prescription. "Plus" lenses mean lenses in the + range for close-up correction. Plus lenses are what you'll find in reading glasses. "Minus" or "negative" lenses are those in the - range which correct for distance.
Kendall G  Since the lenses were not installed in a mask I'm thinking they don't need to have a toothpaste or Softscrub pretreatment. Is that right? I found them easy to install myself.
ERIC S  I used SeaBuff to scrub my lenses and it worked great. I assumed the lenses might have some residue from manufacturing, but don't know that as a fact. Scrubing gently certainly won't hurt.
JOHN T  You shouldn’t need to treat your lenses with any abrasive products. Just a mild soap to clean away sunscreen etc that might build up on the lenses.
JAMES B  I did not do anything to them before installation, however after I still do the toothpaste cleaning after every day of diving.
Shopper  do i order for each eye?
SCOTT S  Yes, you need to get two lenses, they come as singles.
DALE H  Yes, you need one that matches the prescription of each eye, geometry is the same so there is not a right/left. If you need different strengths, make sure to install them on the correct side.
STEVE K  yes. One for each eye, but they have cleverly designed the shape so you do not need to specify left or right. I have these for my whole family, and we swap out the lenses as our vision evolves, since mine is slightly worse than my kids'.
ROGER S  Yes, you will order a left and a right lenses based on your eyeglass prescription. The strength of the left and right can be different just like an eyeglass prescription.
JOHN T  Yes, I ordered the TUSA Ceos mask with a qty of two -3.00 lenses to correct my nearsightedness. I paid $10 extra to have the lenses pre-installed at Leisure Pro.
ANDREW T  Yes, you'll want to order two, one for each eye at the correct prescription.
Bryan L  The lenses are "bilaterally symmetric" which is a fancy way of saying that they are swappable between eyes. They are purchased separately, which means theoretically you could have different diopters in each eye just like in a regular pair of glasses. So there is no "left" or "right lens, there is just one that works for left or right.
??? ?  I have TUSA Splendive Adult Combo Set With Mask and Snorkel. Tusa Corrective Lenses for Geminus, Ceos & Splendive 4 Masks is I have (TUSA Splendive Adult Combo Set With Mask and Snorkel) Can I use this product ?
ALEX G  This is several years too late, but maybe it will help someone in the future. Yes, the Splendive adult combo set (UC-7519) will work with these lenses. I installed these lenses in 2 masks from the Splendive combo set and they fit perfectly.
DAVID S  I bought the Splendive 4 mask separately so I don't know if the combo set mask is the same. You better check with TUSA before buying the corrective lenses.
