I got these boots to go with the Tusa Expert Zoom fins. The boots have a wide sole, but my size 8 boots fit easily into the medium size fins. I'm not sure if the small size zoom fins would have worked with these boots, but probably. The question is more about width, because my boots fit deeply into the medium fins. In other words, if the width of the small fins was sufficient, then size 8 boots would not be too long for a small size zoom fin. A medium spring strap was too big (long) for my size 8 boots in the medium zoom fins. If I wore size 7 boots, I would go with small size fins.
While the soles are hard and look very tough, the top is somewhat less so. I just got them, so who knows how well they will hold up. They are the right width, but size 8 is really 8.5. Unfortunately, they don't care half sizes. However, I would rather have a half size large than a half size small.

I've done over 100 dives in this boots. Fit is good especially for wide feet.
On the down side protection panel on the front is a bit short (not like on picture!) I had noticeable wear of neoprene from top side of fin pocket. As I found for wide feet people when walking on rocks sides of the boot can get damaged just above sole.
Would be nice: to have protection pad on the heel, I mean nice solid rubber, preferably with fin strap keeper!
After all boots are good. start to fall apart after 150+ shore dives most of them on rocks and oysters! Good value for money!

Comments about TUSA Imprex 5 mm Neoprene Boots, Black:

The current design includes a Velcro strap to hold the zipper in place. Its a big improvement over the zippers on my previous pair of TUSA boots which tended to work themselves open after a few minutes minutes of use. I would have to stop and tread water while snorkeling to pull the zipper up. But not anymore with these new TUSA Imprex boots.

Comments about TUSA Imprex 5 mm Neoprene Boots, Black:

Very comfortable, whenever there is a UK size chart for shoes-use it. I wear a 42UK which translates to a 9.5/10 US Womens. It's easier to use a UK size chart than men to women's/vice versa. Also UK shoe sizes don't change very often, US shoes can change depending on make of shoe (ex; I might b an 11 in asics and a 10 in sketchers). These boots are a great accompaniment to the TUSA Imprex Fins.

After a week of shore diving on Bonaire I can whole-heartedly recommend these diving boots. They performed well for shore diving on the hard coral shores of Bonaire.

                  n a  I'm a bit confused with all the answers here. I wear a womens UK 5 ( European 38) which size should I order? A 5 or a 6? Thanks.
KAREN U  I wear a womans 7 us. I ordered womans 7 us and they seem true to size. They where great for shore diving in Bonaire. The only issue I had was with my flippers the pocket was small and the boots would not go in all the way. I ended up getting a larger flipper to fit the boots. Oh well now I have 2 sets of flippers. The boots really protected my feet from the sharp rocks
n a  Thanks Karen. I'm afraid I can only see the conversion to 6.5 and 7.5 in Woman US. What did you order in Men size?
