there is only one chamber to inflate and you are unable to adjust the amount of air in the back rest. The back rest fills with too much air making for an uncomfortable ride. I ended up floating on my stomach sideways across the seat most of our tubing trip.

Shopper  Does it have Boston valve?
Ben T  No, they have what is called a Speed Safety Valve.
Shopper  What is PVC gauge? What is nylon cover strength?
RANDY E  not sure about the gauge or the strength, but if you an average size adult this tube is not comfortable, I gave these tubes to my kids and bought different ones for me an my wife. I don't recommend these tubes!
