About Sealife Hand & Arm Strap

With the recent announcement of the new Sea Dragon Mini 650 Underwater light, SeaLife has just introduced a must-have accessory for their compact lights or any tube-shaped light up to 2" (5.1cm) in diameter. The Hand & Arm Strap is ambidextrous, soft and comfortable, and can also be attached to the users forearm. Although this strap is very comfortable, it's also very stable for a steady beam when using spot lights like the Sea Dragon 650 (see SKU's SLF650 and SLF651). Hand & Arm Strap allows you to use both hands when needed and is very handy when hunting lobster or in photographic situations. The Hand and Arm Strap is made from durable nylon and nylon webbing with hook & loop fasteners to secure light and mount. The Hand & Arm Strap has taped and sewn edges for added strength and durability.

Light Holder

from Sarasota, FL, US

VERY poorly designed in my opinion. Almost impossible to use because of the layout of the straps.

Will be great for the Cooper River, South Carolina. I highly recommend it for black water or cavei diving. Great

Questions about this item:

CARL B  I dive in NJ with Dry Gloves - would Sealife Hand and Arm Strap fit over a dryglove?
CAROL S  I haven't tried it with a dry glove, only with a 3 mil glove, but I think that the ring holding the glove to the drysuit may be in the way. It's hard to say, because your hand may be longer than mine; you'd probably need to buy it, try it, and return it if it doesn't fit comfortably.
Stephen H  Yes it should but will be extremely tight. I typically use 5mil gloves and it fits very tight.
John R  Should be ok, I have not worn dry gloves but the velcro strap is long enough I think!
RICK C  We bought a couple thinking they were a great idea. They pretty much went immediately to the junk box. They don't fit well at all, the design seems to have not been thought out. Just our opinion.
GERALD M  I wear a type of thin golfing glove and it fits great. Nothing like this arm strap. Great
CARL B  Dry Gloves are used in cold water and are very bulky - not sure how a thin golfing glove helps me figure out if this hand and arm strap will fit a Dry Glove?
GERALD M  Don't do cold water. However the straps are very long and I woul think they would. Work.
CARL B  Thanks.
Francois C  yes, it's fit on dry glove.
Matthew P  I dive in Colorado and Utah with a XL 7mm glove, and its snug but fits. The band it very long, where my issue comes is the thumb hole as I have fat fingers but it still works
