Questions about this item:

Shopper  how does this work?
Frank L  You would tie it off behind the boat, and it uses the water to slow the boat down.
Bert C  Hello, I am building a 14ft cabin sailboat and plan to sail the Gulf. I would like to use this sea anchor to run off the bow to help me hold position in a storm. Will this product do the trick? Bert.
SCOTT O  I have a Trophy 1802WA that I scuba dive off of in the Great Lakes. The currents and waves sometimes do not match so I throw this anchor to slow the swing of my stern. It helps a lot. This is different from your potential use since my bow is anchored. However, it is very evident that this anchor is performing for my situation and I would think it would perform equal if not better for what you describe. Guess what I'm saying is I'm happy with the purchase and it has performed to my expectations.
