Paired them with a Halcyon backplate/wing

Great design and construction

Just what the LiteHawk needed!

By R K.

 -  Lincoln, NE, US

These are a great addition to my LiteHawk. They allow better buoyancy control the ONLY set back is that they are clips to secure. So if you have to ditch them and then reattach, it can be a bit cumbersome.

If you have a Scubapro X-Tek Buoyancy Compensator System or a Tec Harness with 2" (5.1 cm) webbing and want to add weight integration the removable buckle weight pocket system is designed to be used with the 2" (5.1 cm) waist webbing of the X-TEK Pure-Tek Harness or your LiteHawk BC or other Tec System (see SKU's: SCPXTPTH, SCPXTPTHS, SCPLTHN, SCPLTH2N, SCPLTH) Weight pockets are easy to install and are manufactured with durable nylon material with impact resistant quick release weight buckles and metal attachment rings and hardware. Pockets come equipped with metal D-rings for attachment of accessories. Weight pockets are designed to carry approximately 10 to 12 lbs. (4.5 to 5.4 kg) of weight in each pocket.

This product can only be shipped to U.S. addresses.

Questions about this item:

VIDAL M  I have an older generation Litehawk (purchased in 2009). Will these work fine with the bc?
KEVIN F  They should fit. Might be a tight squeeze though. You're better off going with a smaller pocket like the ones the Litehawk comes with.
aman s  Question about if I need this, I only dive with 2kg worth of weights, which on my last dive, I just put them into the two side trim pockets. I know that I cant dump those weights easily by then again its only 2kg. (diving with a shorty in warm water) I weight 68kg. Let me know if this would be a valuable additions to my new litehawk,,,...because I am concerned with one of the comments of not being able to get this around, I do have a small waist. - thank you in advance?
GUSTAVO Z  I would not recommend thoses pockets to you. They are HUGE for just 2kg, and considerint your weight / waist will not fit well on your BC.
JC D  Hi. These pockets are for a tek harness although they may work on any strap style bcd. They are large pockets so being small in the waist may not leave room Given the information provided I would consider other options such as a pro soft weight belt.
GEORGE K  Hello I ordered these and returned them because they were so large & cumbersome I think you could find something less bulky to get you down ....
PATRICIO A  I would not recommend these for you. They are pretty big and there are other options that are quickly released that would work out better for you something like the small 5lb pouches from various brands.
DIANA W  leepnlzard, The pockets are very sturdy (not soft and floppy) and this does keep weight secure whether you use a small amount or more kgs. I would purchase and install these on your Litehawk if you intend to do any diving where more weight would be needed such as a thicker 5-7mm wetsuit or drysuit. The pockets also have metal clips you can slide them forward or more toward the rear to position them to your personal size. I hope this helps your decision!
ROBERT C  Hello, Hope this helps. From a safety stand point, I like quick release weight pockets. Regardless of how much weight you use, I thinks it's best to be able to ditch the weights quickly. I had no problem attaching the weight pockets to the strap either. I recommend purchasing them and if they won't fit or you can't get them to attach properly, you can always send them back to Leisure Pro for a refund.
robb b  can these be used with equator scubapro bcd?
Steve S  The ScubaPro Equator uses weight integration. These are not the pockets for it. Are you looking for replacement pockets?
DIANA W  Not sure if it's the same pocket. These have that metal buckle for sliding on a 2" webbing so not likely. Leisurepro folks should know what exactweight pocket if you need a replacement / spare for your Equator BC.
ERIK N  I don't know, I used them on a dive rite harness bc and they work great
robb b  if they don't fit, may I return them? thxs for your help
ROBERT R  Awesome quality and as usual Scubapro dependability. Very uniform and versatile.
robb b  my wife has the scubapro equator and loves it. but its integrated bcd. I would love to get these for her, I just want to make sure its right. thxs for your help
ROBERT R  Will fit tank waist belt very nice weight pouches.
ROBERT C  Robb, from what I can tell, the Scubapro Equator bcd has an integrated weight system. You won't need the accessory quick release weight pockets. You can also call the sales folks at Leisurepro if you have any other questions. They're really great at helping out. Hope this helps and safe diving! Robert
DOUGLAS B  How are the pockets installed on a BP harness?
Steve S  These pockets get threaded right onto your harness webbing.
ALESSANDRO B  Hello, I am sorry, this ítem was for a Gift a friend of mine.
Bernard C  I would have to see the harness to answer the question.
DIANA W  There's stainless clips on the back side ends. Thread your typical 2" webbing through tend adjust position to your liking. Very heavy duty. You can even slide the pocket out and replace it UW due to the stiff pocket part. Hope this helps.
A s  Is it fitted for X-one?
DIANA W  These are pouches that slip on 2" webbing and the Scubapro weight pockets slide in and "click" in. I'm not sure of the actual weight pouch part is standard and would fit the X-One BC weight area. Although Scubapro is pretty good at standardization.....
