Works great. They fit snug but not tight and make putting your fins on and off a snap. Great addition to your gear bag.
Always Spring Steel Straps.

After teaching scuba for 28 years and using a number of different products, never dive with anything but spring steel straps on my fins. First thing I switch if not included at purchase. These are terrific spring straps.
Do you find yourself frustrated while trying to adjust your fin Straps while floating in the water or while wearing bulky diving gloves? Have you ever discovered that your fin strap was too tight or too loose too late? The spring heel straps offer ditching/donning ease and dive long comfort. You'll never battle fin straps again after installing a pair of Spring Heel Straps.
Scubapro's Spring Heel Straps are designed for the Twin Jet Max Fins (see SKU: SCPFTM) and are sold in pairs. These corrosion resistant straps have a comfortable cover and steel springs that are depth compensating so they will contract when you go to depth and your boots compress with the increase of water pressure. They will also re-expand upon ascent. Spring straps are available in multiple sizes, have "squeeze-style" side-release buckles and a comfortable heel pad with large pull loop for easy donning and doffing.
This product can only be shipped to U.S. addresses.

Hey together.
I dive Splitfins XP Scubapro. Size XL.
The length of my straps from centre to centre mounting axles Spring is 25cm.
The hole length of the straps without the (clickpart fixed at the fin) is 35cm.
I need bigger ones. Perhaps 2-5 cm more cm.
Does something like that may exist to buy, or do I have do oversize and stretch my ones?
Thank in advance for any advice.
Ralf.

I have a pair of Twin Jet XL Not max. Will the XL strap work for me. Size 12 foot dry suit?
darrick c
Hello Thomas, no these would not work Twin Jet fins only the max. There are a few different ones we carry that would work for the Twin Jet. Please fell free to give our sales team a call to go over the option at 1.800.347.2822.

How do you measure the length of the spring you need and what is the length of the small, medium and X-large? I assume that I put my foot in the fin so I just need to know my start and end point. Thanks to anyone who can help.
darrick c
Hello Dawn, the measurement is from the spring end to end.

How long are the size small straps, from tip to tip of the middle prong (not including the part it clips into)? I need a replacement for one that is 30 cm (~11 3/4") long.
Mario C
The small is 30cm tip of the middle prong to the other tip. looks like a winner.
Dive dive dive!!

Hi, what is the correct spring heel strap for the SCUBAPRO Twin Jet Fins (not max)? Thank you. Armon

Armon the Scubapro Spring Straps for Twin Jet Max Fins work perfectly on the Scubapro twin jet fins. I replace a damaged spring strap on the same Scubapro fins a couple of years ago. They are a direct replacement and work perfectly. As I on damaged one, now I always carry a spare.

I can only tell you that my fins are the old style and were still in good condition. The new fins spring heel strap would not fit my older model twin jet fins. My local dive shop dug around in a box of odds and ends and were able to find the older spring heel straps. I do not know if you can still purchase them. They do not have the hand grip so I put a velcro loop on them which works well. My only other choice was to buy a new pair of fins. I have tried many fins and other fins from ScubaPro, bu these remain my favorite. I am an older diver with bad knees and these give me the propulsion I seek without the strain on my arithritic knees. I hope this helps.
