Owning both a pair of Full Foot Jet Sports and Open Heel Jet Sports, I figured I should jump in on why I have both, and when I'll use these vs. the open heel edition.
In short, wearing these instead of my open heel JS' comes down to trading off comfort for more power & speed. From pool tests, I can go about 10%-20% faster with the full foot edition, so when water temperature cooperate (generally above 70 degrees), I'll squish these on over a pair of light neoprene socks.
Still, the power co...mes at a price (vs. my Open Heel JetSports of):
- more leg strain (I'll get leg cramps with these if I'm not properly hydrated),
- slower/harder to remove in the water & put on,
- colder feet as I need to wear with thinner neoprene socks to get a good boost (vs. my 5mm boots)
Still, when currents are strong, and the water is above 70 degrees, I have yet to discover a faster set of fins on the market.
Very nice fin, I have heard some Complaints about fit of the foot pocket. I had no issues with the foot pockets wearing size 11 soft boots. Comfortable, nice power. I would recommend the fins.
The Scubapro Jet Sport is a full foot version of the powerful Jet Sport adjustable fin. The fin blades drag reducing vents substantially decrease resistance on both up and down strokes. The Fin blade is construction from three materials which optimizes flex and comfort to achieve a high level of performance. The fin is equipped with an ergonomic foot pocket. The Fin is available in multiple sizes from and comes in multiple color choices.

Mine are 23” which is a bit short, but they are a nice backup fin and pack easily.
MICHELLE S
They are the typical length of a fin. They are NOT the length of a free diver fin. Another customer said her’s are 23”

I where a 10-10.5 shoe. Looking at scubapro jet full foot. What size would I be?
CARMEN M
I wear size 10 and the medium (8-10) were a bit tight at first but fit perfectly after one dive.
MICHAEL H
I’m the same size foot got the mediums they run snug and my toes stick out but they worked.
JAMES T
I would recommend going with a size large since the 10.5 is over the medium size max of size 10.
MICHELLE M
I would go with the 10 1/2 and wear booties. I prefer the Cressi gara 2000 or 3000.

Are the SCUBAPRO Jet Sport Full Foot fins for SCUBA? Or better for snorkeling? Would the Aeris Velocity Full foot fins be better for SCUBA? What are the differences? Which is better?
SCOTT S
They are similar. Great for skin diving. If you are scuba diving in warm water and do not need booties. For most scuba situations I would want to have fins that allow me to wear booties. The give you more protection and most open heel fins are stiffer and give you more power with your kicks.
JON E
I use the scuba pro jet fins for scuba and they're great. A little too heavy for snorkeling imo.

US foot size mens is 10.5 how does size chart account for half sizes?
TAMMY L
The foot pocket has some stretch to it. If your foot is on the wider side, go up a size. If it is narrow to medium width, I would stay with the smaller size. If you don't want to risk ordering it too small, go with the larger size and wear neoprene socks.

What does the large weigh?
YAN G
Weights are listed on the item page, under Specs. Large weighs just over 4 lbs for the pair.
