I am 6'4" and 250lbs. The 2XL fits perfectly. I'm tall with some chunk in the middle and this is the best suit I've had to date. It has great stitching,a key pocket inside, and Velcro protectors to help prevent wear on the suit. The zipper is smooth and the cord for the zipper is a great length (it too has a Velcro fastener). This is the perfect suit for South Florida ( warm water) diving for at least 7 months of the year. ( I'm a wimp when it comes to getting cold)

a 3 XL would be my choice I'm 46 in the chest an 36 in the waist and I got a lot room

I got an XL with a 38 inch waist and a 44 inch chest. I believe I would go up one size or you may have trouble getting into it.

I suspect that a 2xl would be best based on your size. I bought a large for myself, being 5'9 185. 34 waist and it fits great. The wetsuit is very flexible. You could take a stab at a xl, but you don't want to be constricted anywhere. Hope that helps

Large or xlarge. I got my husband and son large. Husband is 5'10 about 190lbs. Son is 6 ft 200lbs. Love them. Super comfortable. Good for warm diving

I have the Pinnacle Spirit and have used for 2 years. Very happy with it. I have a size ML, 5'9",165 lbs, 34 waist, 41 chest. It fits well but could be more snug and fits best when I am at 170. Size L should do it for you. If not LP has a great exchange system!

I am near that size myself. I bought the XL and feel like it fits very well. I don't think a L would have worked.

I am 5'10",175, with a 44 inch chest and a 31 inch waist. I am muscular, and do not want a wet suit that is either too tight on the arms and legs, or too loose on the stomach. What size would you recommend?

I bought this shorty for snorkeling in Hawaii waters. It works well for me and stretch material allows me to swim without much restriction. As for as sizing I have a size ML. I weigh 165, chest 40, waist 33. Given that info you may be able get a sense of t sizing of the suit. My experience with Leisure Pro is that they ship fast and provide quick and easy returns for sizing if needed. Good luck!
