I orginally purchased this suit in a XL and found it was too tight, going by the size chart it should of been too loose. I exchanged it for 2XL short and to my surprise it fitted perfectly, in width and length. In comparison to the size chart it should be too long and too loose.
Apart from the size issue the suit does perform reasonably well, I recently used it in the tropics where the water temperature was around 77, I only felt a chill on the second dive of the day, a 2mm vest soon fitted that. The only issue I had, the zipper sometimes gets caught on the spine flap. Apart from that it is a good comfortable suit.

Brand new out-of-the-box & the zipper had already started to tear away from the glue. The zipper was pretty stiff which made the suit very difficult to don. There where scratchy bits at the neck closure that, unless positioned carefully, would bore their way into your neck. The neck seal in the front is very thin and not sewn in or glued; pretty sure it would rip within the first few dives. The arms where strangely long while the torso was bizarrely short. Merino wool was indistinguishable from lycra or any other fabric lining of any suit I've ever seen. Worst fitting suit, especially for a 3 mil, I have every attempted to try on.

Comments about Pinnacle Merino-Elastiprene Tempo 3 mm Men's Jumpsuit:

For some reason, Pinnacle has decided to reduce the amount of merino lining in the tempo model suits. The older pinnacle suits used to be 100% merino lined -- all the way thru the legs, arms, hips, shoulders, etc. These were a DREAM to put on and very comfortable to wear as the merino helped your body "slide" into place and adjusted. This new model only has merino in the front and back of chest area. True for the 7 mm model as well. It makes quite a difference on how the suit wears. Negatively for me, but it might work for you. I would have gladly paid at least $25 to $50 more to keep the 100% merino lining.

Comments about Pinnacle Merino-Elastiprene Tempo 3 mm Men's Jumpsuit:

These King 1 size Pinnacle suits are the only ones I have found to fit me (and I have tried so many!) For a 6', 50"chest, 46-48 waist, and 48 hips, these King 1's fit the closest to my body type. I could not be more pleased. Love the Merino lining as well - it does add warmth to the suit.
