I wore the vest alone for long, shallow dives in 78-80 degree water. It worked great.

Great suit for colder temp

Questions about this item:

Gabe D  I have a 5mm jumpsuit. Can I wear this hooded vest over my 5mm full-length suit?
Matt P  You should have no problem. I wear this over a 7mm jumpsuit (also Pinnacle) with no issues. Both are size M so there seems to be no need to order a size up than your usual, it takes the underlayer into account.
DAVID M  I have regularly worn this over a 3mm or my 5mm.
DOUGLAS G  Absolutely - I wear mine over a 3mm or a 7mm depending on the water temp.
KEVIN L  I have used it under my 7mm for add warmth in the fall and spring for me it was easyer to ware under then over. Kevin from BOSTON
KEVIN L  I have used it under my 7mm for add warmth in the fall and spring for me it was easyer to ware under then over
VINCENT F  Yes you can...I too have a 5mm one piece that I am using the 7 mm shortie with...last dive was 51 degrees and I was comfortable. .good luck
Sébastien N  I would like to wear this vest above a 7mm pinnacle jumpsuit that I already own to dive in colder water (Quebec and Ontario). My jumpsuit is med/tall , so should I order the vest large to make sure it fits?
STEPHEN S  Definitely! Maybe try an extra-large. Unless you are very thin in the chest, I would probably wear the vest underneath my full suit, if it is roomy enough. But I's still try large since most suits and accessories run on the small size.
Steve S  Most likely yes. The best way to figure that out is to get your measurements while wearing your 7mm jumpsuit and then compare it to the size chart.
Shopper  I have a similar concern. But i am about 65 kilos and 1.75 m tall. i currently use a gul 3mm full length suit. Should i still go for large ? Im afraid it will be too big for my size. Furthermore large might not be usable if i decide to use this by itself. What size should i go for ? Medium or Large ? I like the option of using this standalone. but i also wanna be able to slip it over my gul without too much difficulty.
Monica s  I think medium should be ok for you, we do have a PFF guarantee as well, here is the link
