Innovation at its best is the way to explain the function of the Genesis first stage regulator. The first stage regulator incorporates Genesis Dry Air Demand (DAD). This simple yet unique design has a flow-by piston that mechanically balances the air of the first stage ensuring excellent breathing characteristics at full or low cylinder pressures. Balanced flow-by piston design, which is a "fail safe" mechanism, with a patented dry seal internal mechanism to keep the intricate components clean and contaminate free no matter what kind of environment you dive it in, constructed from marine grade chrome plated brass for long life and durability.
The DAD function allows the regulator is increase the intermediate pressure of the regulator without messy oils or grease as with more sophisticated designs. This added benefit makes the regulator virtually uncontaminated from the environment of salt, sand or chlorine internally, which makes it the choice of most repair technicians. The first stage is equipped with two 7/16" threaded high pressure (HP) ports and four 3/8" threaded low pressure (LP) ports for addition of gauges and LP accessories; this is one work horse first stage regulator. Tee - shaped design reduces regulator profile when mounted on tank minimizing opportunity to make contact with the back of the head. First stage has a high capacity inlet filter for smooth delivery of air to the second stage.
The Genesis GS2000 Balance 2'nd Stage delivers air effortlessly; its pre-dive/dive switch eliminates sensitivity when swimming through surf, jumping off the side of the boat, or fining in a current, yet allows high performance breathing when needed. Durability is assured with a non-corrosive ABS/Polycarbonate housing and a corrosion resistant passivated (302) stainless steel demand valve lever. Breathing resistance is adjustable for optimal resistance. The GS2000 2'nd stage regulator adjustment knob is unique in that once the diver finishes tuning the regulator at the surface, the second stage automatically compensates for changes in ambient pressure providing smooth and easy breathing from start to finish of your dive. The regulators orthodontic mouthpiece allows hours of comfortable breathing without jaw fatigue. Regulator comes with an owner's manual.
The Genesis S K O Octopus is rugged, dependable, and affordable. The S.K.O Octopus is engineered to provide you with the same outstanding reliability as your primary regulator. It fits comfortably in your right-or-left hand, making this octopus convenient-for-all divers. The compact, low profile S K O is made with durable, lightweight ABS plastic material for a less cumbersome dive. The sleek, simple structure is easy to clean and maintain, giving outstanding performance.
For easy identification, this octopus has bright, highly visible yellow soft purge cover. The S.K.O Octopus come equipped with an extra-long, 36" (91.4 cm) LP hose with standard 3/8" threads. The Octopus is built-to-last with a silicone mouthpiece, diaphragm and exhaust valve. The valve mechanism is a dependable downstream demand valve with a resilient silicone poppet seat and stainless steel lever.
ReAct Pro Compact Console includes a dive computer and 5000 psi pressure gauge w/temp. The Pressure Gauge measures 1.75" (44.5mm) in diameter. If altitude diving is your thing the computer will automatically adjust up to 14, 000' (4267.2 meters). Maximum operational depth is 330' (100 meters), and in gauge mode to 399' (120 meters), there is an automatic safety stop countdown timer and of course full decompression stop countdowns when required.
If you re diving Nitrox the computer has a 21% to 50% FO2, Nitrox indicator icon, 50% FO2 default function that is user selectable. The computer also will display O2 saturation both on the dive and on the surface along with FO2 display the same. In the computer surface mode you get surface interval time from first activation, current temperature, number of dives in the current series and the time and day.
Computer has both visual and audible alarms. The audiles can be disabled if you like to dive silent, or if you are one who gets excited when diving and need an audible reminder when critical dive information is important to know you have the option. Alarms can be set for ascent speed limits, depth limits, O2 and many others. So if you are looking for a computer that will give you the edge of safety in an easy to use and read format the ReAct Pro is what you are looking for.
