What's in the box: 1'st Stage, 2'nd Stage Regulators, Octopus Regulator, LP Hose, BCD with LP Hose, Instrument Console with HP Hose, Owner's Manual, Ball Cap and Regulator Bag
The Ellipse elliptical housing second-stage regulator is made from hi-tech polymers. All the internal components of the Ellipse are a dependable downstream valve design. On the top of the housing there is a flow deviator that acts on the Venturi-Effect, with dive/pre-dive switch. The Balanced 1st stage MC5 Hyper-Balanced Diaphragm 1st stage has a lightweight body covered by a protective techno-polymer elastomer shell. The regulator is equipped with three low pressure and two high pressure ports. Internally the 1st stage is coated with an anti-friction anti-corrosion material that reduces resistance and allows the critical components to move freely. This makes the components perform and last longer between annual servicing and increases performance.
Hyper-balancing allows for an increase of the intermediate pressure at maximum depths and when experiencing low pressure in the Scuba cylinder, offering higher performance at depth and during the ascent phase of the dive. The Regulator comes with a Low Pressure 3/8" Threaded Hose, weighs 26.91oz (763g) with the Hose and includes an Owners' Manual.
The XS Octopus is a Lightweight, Second Stage Regulator. The XS has a Venturi Dive/Pre-Dive Switch which will help Control the Sensitivity of the Regulator when not in use. The XS Octopus has a Dependable Downstream Demand Valve Mechanism for Reliable Performance. The XS Octopus is equipped with a 33" (84 cm) 3/8" Threaded Hose, has a Yellow Front Cover for Easy Identification in an Out-of-Air-Emergency. The Regulator has a Soft and Comfortable Silicone Mouthpiece and the Housing is made of Durable Impact Resistant Hi-Tech Polymers. The Regulator weighs 7 oz (200 g) without the hose and the Regulator System is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
The Cressi Mini-Console 3 is a Small Compact Console that houses the Cressi Mini Pressure Gauge, a new, Small, Analog Depth Gauge and Compass. The Depth and Pressure Gauges have Chrome Plated Brass Cases and the Depth Gauge is a Diaphragm Membrane Actuated Design. All the Instruments have a Large Circular Easy-to-Read Scales. The Instruments are housed in a Small, Modern Shaped Console Boot, made from Polycarbonate and Desmopan, materials that guarantee Protection from Shocks, Scratches and is Very Light. At the end of the Console, there are two Eyelets for Fastening the Instrument to the BCD or Harness with a Clip or Lanyard.
The Luminescent Face of the 230' Depth Gauge, the first 40' of Depth Readings are in 10' Increments, (which correspond to the area of decompression stops), and are Widely Spaced for Ease-of-Reading. For At-a-Glance Monitoring of Depth, the Face-is-Divided into 3-Different Colored Zones: Green up to 66', Light-Blue from 66' to 130' and Red from 130' to the end of the scale. The Instrument has a Maximum Depth Indicator that Stops on the Maximum Depth Reached during the Dive.
The Mini-Manometer Pressure Gauge Luminescent Dial reads from 0 to 5000 psi. Like the Depth Gauge the Instruments Face is divided into three different Colored Zones: For At-a-Glance Monitoring of Air the area from 600 psi and below is Highlighted-in-Red with a Solid-Bar and Red Stripes. If Gauge is used on Deeper Dives, the Red-Scale Extends and fades to 1,300 psi, this provides for Added-Reserve-Air Indication. From 600 to approximately 3,000 psi is Green and from 3,000 to end of scale is Blue.
The Front Glass Lens is a Pressure Relief Valve. In the event of a sudden Increase-in-Pressure inside the Instrument, the Glass-Rises-Slightly, allowing the Excess-Pressure to Escape. Pressure Gauge is equipped with a 7/16" Threaded High Pressure Hose.
Trying to navigate with a poorly designed or improperly functioning compass can be one of diving's more frustrating events. The Cressi Compass is an Oil Filled Compass, Robust and Accurate for Underwater Navigation that ensures Accuracy and Durability. The Compass is a Dual Purpose Compass. The convenient Side Window allows Quick Reference of Large-Easy-to-Read Bearing Indicators on a Luminescent Display for Gun-Sight Accuracy or, for divers who prefer Relative Navigation; the Ratchet Bezel can be Rotated-Easily. The Luminous Dial of the Compass is designed with a Half Black / Half Luminous Graphic to make Quick-Work of Compass Direction.
The Compass Bezel has Compass Headings in 30° Degrees, Numbered Increments and Indicator Marks for every 10° Degrees. Bezel has Twin Heading Indicators for Alignment of Compass Course and a Lubber Line across the Compass Face. Compass Case is manufactured from a Scratch Resistance Polycarbonate for Strength and Durability. The Instrument Console is made in Italy and is covered by a 12 month limited warranty.
