It's no different than any other rear zip wet suit. The pull strap on the zipper is long enough to easily grab behind my back. It's easier to zip than a 7mm. If you're worried, isn't that another good reason to have a dive buddy? He/she can give you a hand.

It is very easy. With the zipper in the back it is also much easier to put on. You should not have any problems.

Not hard at all. The zipper has a long ribbon made of neoprene attached to it so you can easily pull the zipper up and down even if you are not flexible enough to reach the zipper pull itself..

I think that the zipper is quite easy to manage. The Neosport XSpan has quite a lot of stretch, which helps a lot.

That is a little tough to answer. The material is extremely stretchy and forgiving. You would need to go for one of the short sizes and concentrate my on the bust and hip sizes. The nice thing about Leisure Pro is that they are good at exchanging for size. I hope that helps. They are great wet suites and very comfortable. Good Luck.

My wife weighs more than you and is 5'9'. Her shorty is a size 16. It fits but is slightly loose when wet. You could probably do well with a 14.

My wife is 168 lbs and 5'6".so she wanted the size 14 but it was too big on the shoulders and a bit baggy around the leg, She then changed it for the 12 which is perfect.. She regularly buys clothes size 14. Hope this helps.

I'm 5'6" and 155. I purchased the 12. I can wear it on it's own but I've also worn it as the 2nd layer over my full wetsuit. So it's not skin tight when worn alone, but comfortable. Given the differences in height and weight, I would guess that If you plan to wear it by itself and you want it on the tightly fitted side, go with the 12. If you want it for both alone and a second layer...I'd go with the 14. Hope that's helpful!

You should go by your chest and waist measurements, more than height and weight. Please refer to the size chart on the item page.

How true to size does this run? Like Henderson you can use your dress size but Pinnacle you have to go up 3 or 4 sizes.

I can only compare this suit to the Bare suit I own. Wearing a size 10 in the Bare suit, I ordered a 10 in the NeoSport. It turned out to be too large and I returned it for a size 8. The 8 fits fine, but maybe just slightly loose...there's room to comfortably wear a 1mm rash guard under the size 8.

It's pretty close to 'true to size'. My dress size is kinda between 2 sizes and I wear the larger size in this wetsuit.

Is the Neosport XSPAN 3 mm appropriate for snorkeling in 76 degree water?

A shorty in 76 degree water is probably not enough thermal protection.

Might be, but how people respond to water temperature varies widely. Some people might be in just a rash guard and some might be in a full 3mm suit.
