This is the second pair of neosport 5mm boots I have owned. They are great, like walking in high top moccosins, but waterproof. I shoe glued two velcro straps on each to keep the leg snug, which works well for paddling and for walking. Otherwise, when immersed, the boot fills and gets loose, possibly becoming a liability in cold water capsize.
Word of advice; choose one size up and use felted wool insoles to make these a comfortable and warm boot.
Strongly recommend these.

I bought these to use while kayaking. They work great in cooler weather/water when you don't want to get your feet wet getting in and out of a kayak. I have used them several times with no leaks. Just what I was looking for! Very comfortable too!

The Explorer Boot has an aggressive waterproof sole that provides a snug fit and low-profile design. Boots are constructed of 5mm nylon 2 neoprene rubber with a warm titanium terry lining. All seams are glued, blind-stitched with heavy-duty abrasion resistant thread and taped to ensure they are watertight.
The toe and heel are reinforced with abrasion resistant rubber in these high wear areas. The boots come equipped with an adjustable hook and loop arch strap and D-ring calf strap for a custom fit. Hello Nancy, if you are wearing your bare feet in these I would order a size 8. If you are wearing anything on your feet like socks than I would order the size 7.

I got a 9 for myself and I usually wear an 8. I wanted a bit more room. My wife got the men’s 8 and she usually would wear a women’s 7 1/2. They both fit good. Customer service is the best I’ve ever dealt with, ever.

I bought the size 12 we’re I normally ware a size 11 shoe. I wanted to ware thick socks with these but the fit was great. I think the sizes could be worn by both men and women.

They are men's sizes but are small order half or one size larger. They are narrow fit.

They are mens sizes but the smaller sizes will fit women. I wear a size 7 womens shoe so the mens size 5 works for me. I like heavier socks with these.
