They are sized like big kids/young adult sizes. Not toddler. I have a pair that I got for my 12 year old daughter back in March. They are nice boots and fit well.

Hi Mike, I ordered it mistakenly. As far as I remember yes it has a gusset behind the zipper. Most wet boots come with gusset.
