Looking at the Power Planas but am a bit confused about the sizing. I noticed that LP offer a size SM but the Mares sizing chart only offers Med, XL, and XXL. I wear a size 7 mens shoe and normally a 5mm TUSA neoprene hard soled boot. My feet are pretty "low volume". Normally I dive wet but am looking at going dry in the future. Should I look at the Med or the Small? Thanks!

Hopefully this will help guide you in the right direction:
First off, I absolutely love these fins! I was a long time fan of the original ScubaPro Jets until a friend lent me a pair of his Power Planas. I've never gone back.
As for sizing, I would start with a MEDIUM for your neoprene boot. You might be surprised at how well Mares designed the foot pocket on these fins to fit multiple sizes. Put your neoprene boots on, mount the fins on land and check for wiggle. You'll know if they are too loose, the right fit, or too tight. If they don't work, just contact Leisure Pro customer service and they will take good care of ya!
For drysuit, I wear a 9.5-10 shoe and use an XL size Power Plana for my drysuit boots that fit over crushed neoprene drysuit socks. Depending on whether you get a drysuit with built-in boots or a sock with an external boot, and what size that boot ends upbeing, will determine whether you'll need to go up in size.

II don't really recommend these in your case:-(.
I ordered these in S size and they were much bigger than M/Regular of SP jetfins. You could probably get planas to fit rock boot of mens 7, but i doubt they will be allright on you 5mm neoprenes. You can always order and return, but get your best alternative with the same order and theb decide.

Just pick a size based on your boot for wet suit diving. If they don't fit LP will exchange for free. For dry suit diving, you probably need to get your dry suit first and determine what boots you will be wearing. Different brands have different style boots. You are most certainly going to have a different size fin for your dry suit. They will probably be larger than your wet suit fins. That and perhaps a larger BC as well. That's all part of the game when you start diving dry.

I bought the small.
I wear size 9 mens for my 5mm tusa neoprene hard soled boot, and it's impossible to wear them together.
I need to put 8 mens softer soled to fit.

I wear a size 8 and the medium fin... They just fit my DUI Drysuit turbo boot, but are not too floppy with a 5mm boot. They are a really good alternative to Jet-fins or similar, with lots of power and control, though they are a little heavy (not an issue in a dry-suit).

I wearing shoes men size 7.5 to 8, using Mares Quattro size SM for my wetsuit diving with TUSA boots size 7. However I use Size "Regular" Power Planas for drysuit diving (Bare dry boots size 8 with plenty socks inside) You can always try them on first with Leisure Pro excellent return policy. I got XL first and exchange for Regular.

I'm a US 7.5 and own size Small. I alternate between Mares 2mm socks and Mares Trilastic 6.5mm boots. Their a bit snug with boots, but I find that to be a plus. I can get them on without the strap extensions, but I'd probably recommend using the extensions if you're shore diving and will need to don and remove the fins in surf. If you'll be diving exclusively dry, you might consider Medium, tough call.
