Great Buy, best product in diving EVER!

By

Absolutely the best diving product I've bought in years. I have them on 2 sets of fins. Installation is a snap with only a pair of large channel locks. I would recommend measuring around the back of your heel with your fins on to get some idea of what size you need. I did this on my larger fins for my drysuit, since the boots are larger than rock boots. Overall, this is a great product and I wish I had thought of it first. Dave in Sitka, Alaska

Saved an older pair of fins!

By

Great find, helped me salvage an old pair of Dacor fins with broken buckles that newer buckles wouldn't fit. They were a little long, but with a hacksaw and 2 pair of needle nose pliers I made then a perfect fit.

Easy install, good flex, comfortable

By

so much better than the rubber straps original to the fins. The only improvement I would like to see implemented is to add some sort of pull tab to help the donning of my fins. Otherwise, I wouldn't change a thing. good cover on the springs, easy to install.

Questions about this item:

Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
FEDERICO D  Easy to don and shed in the water. Also, less likely to snag on kelp.
THOMAS D  Replacement straps for Scuba Pro Jet fins, they work great
Shopper  are these stainless steel?
BRANDON Q  They must be. I've been using them for a couple years and dive in fresh, salt, and contaminated water and they are still like new. They are so much more convenient to use than the usual fin straps and buckles.
ANDREW T  yes they are. The small cylindrical ends are delrin I believe
BRIAN G  Yes they are. I do a ton of ocean diving and never had even a hint of surface rust or anything on these fin straps.
Shopper  Hi, will these fit the Volo Power fins? Thanks in advance.
PIERRE H  These spring straps are mean for Scubapro type jet fins and won't work with the Volo's. There are spring straps that have different attachements at the end, but I'm not familair enoughtwith the Volos to recommed one.
BRUCE T  unknown never tried them
DAVID N  Someone from LeisurePro provided the product code for the spring straps you want with these fins. http://www.leisurepro.com/Prod/CategoryID_956/Context_954/Sort_Relevance/DescSort_0/Filter_price%3d%5b150.0!200.0)/Page_1/MRSFVP.html Manta spring straps are great, but the ones pictured were are for use with the older pins style buckle that would be found on jets, rockets and other classical rubber strap fins.
THOMAS D  Can not answer for Volo Power Fins. I put them on SCUBA Pro Jet fins
