About JBL SS 42" x 5/16" Shaft for Mini Magnum and Explorer 24
JBL Stainless Steel Shaft for Mini Magnum (4D49) and Explorer 24 Spear Gun (see SKU: JBL4D24). Having spare parts for your gun or sling is the only way to assure you won't get skunked on a spear fishing trip. This JBL shaft is for the Explorer 24 Spear Guns. The JBL742S is 42" (107 cm) long with a 5/16" (8 mm) diameter and 6mm threads. Constructed of corrosion resistant 17-4 (spring) stainless each shaft is hand-tuned for alignment then heat-treated for maximum hardness to reduce flex and provide optimum energy transfer. Threaded end provides for multiple tip options. Spear shaft has a 2-sling capacity and makes a great save-a-dive-kit item.
