Questions about this item:

Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
Daniel R  Once again Leisure Pro was cheaper by a couple dollars per sling and I didn't have to think twice about receiving a less than "perfect condition" item(s). Last week at Lake Mead, Las Vegas NV, I speared a nine lb. striper at about twelve feet away (15'-20' depth). Three JBL Pro slings on my JBL Northwest Magnum was powerful enough to impale the fish at the very extent of the range I placed my JBL Shock Line.
AUGUST K  Needed parts to complete a rebuild on a JBL Magnum 38 speargun
Rob P  How is this band attached to the gun, please? I have the JBL 38" Special, I think. (~37" long) Looking at the front of the gun, there is no break in the area through which the bands pass. Unless this band comes disassembled, I won't be able to get it on the gun. Prior spear guns had a space through which the then metal portion of the band could be passed -- not this one. Any ideas? Thank you, Rob
JOSEPH P  My spear gun had the slots cut so the bands could be squeezed through.
CHRISTOPHER T  On my 38 special woody magnum at the top end of the gun the sling cage separates, but you have to pry it open slightly to slide in the bands...If you look closely you will see the separation at the end of the cage...hope that helps...
JAMES J  justgrab the close to the front where they setin and stretch them and work them in between the metal cross
Shopper  How many of these bands do I need for a JBL 38 special?
LeisurePro S  You'll need two of these bands if you have the "regular" 38 special and three if you have the 38 special XHD.
