Has a bright and strong focused beam. The beam could probably reach about 10ft. It was easy to turn on and off with gloves on. The light came with a wrist lanyard which you could make tighter around your wrist. This was a great dive light!

Although I use as a back-up b/c I can fit in my BCD pocket, it does not mean I would not use a a primary dive light.

´Been a while since I have ordered this, but I believe it came with a strap that I wouldn't trust. I tossed it away immediately as it was just a plastic loop. You're much better off (IMHO) picking up something you can attach to your BC so the light will be there when you need it, and keep your hands free when you don't.

Yes, it includes a black rubber wrist strap and a gizmo to tighten the strap around your wrist. It doesn't look too secure, but I have had no problems with it at all.
