An excellent quality product...I use mine as a light undergarment when using my Scuba Pro Ever-Dry 4 neoprene drysuit.
It also makes an excellent full cover skin when diving in the tropics...very comfortable to wear...more comfortable than a light neoprene wet suit...and it's front entry...
Better then expected

The day I was trying this skin out my zipper on my 7mm wetsuit came off in my hand as i was gearing up to dive in 45 degree water.
I figured try it and see if i was too cold just end the dive
I was more then comfortable at 65ft .
I did 2 dives to 65ft for 45minutes and no complaints or chills
The sheer versatility of Polyolefin has made them a staple for all types of ocean lovers, especially surfers and Kite Boarders. Made from robust Polyolefin, they help shield the skin from abrasion, UV rays and biological irritants. Durable Over-Lock and Flat-Lock Stitching is used on the full-body jumpsuits. Polyolefin look great, allow for nearly total freedom of movement and stand up to the rigors of an active lifestyle. Polyolefin material wicks moisture away from the skin more effectively than any other fiber.
Each full-length jumpsuit comes equipped with thumb loops, heel straps and a tough, non-corrosive zipper. Polyolefin takes performance to the next level. Polyolefin is woven from colored, solid core material. These suits are not dyed, will never fade and are impervious to the bleaching effects of chlorine and sunlight. This bomb-proof" material also has a softer side, with interiors featuring a fleece lining that is luxurious against the skin. Polyolefin Jumpsuit comes in all black.
The Polyolefin Full Suit is great for layering under your full wet suit. The Polyolefin Suit will make you wetsuit go on much easier and add extra insulating layer in brutal conditions, extending the length of you cold water sessions. In warm water Polyolefin Suit provides a good amount of warmth without being too hot, a great chill blocker.

Are the sleeves the same material as body? Or lighter weight?
K A
The polyolefin material is the same throughout the suit. That is the reason I purchased this suit rather than the Henderson. A great suit.

Hi K A:
I am looking for an alternative for warm water Caribbean diving- alternative to the 3mm everyone seems to recommend. Does this offer warmth of about 2mm, as the Henderson suit is described?
K A
Hi Lynne,
I got the suit mostly for sun protection. I am not certified. Hours of skin diving and snorkeling, on an almost daily basis on vacation in the tropics (Hawaii), will leave anyone fried, especially pale me. My previous suit was 1.5 mm, a suit I used over 10+ years. The Hyperflex is at least that much thermal protection. If I arc down 20-30', I do feel those cooler layers of water but my teeth don't chatter after hours in the water. And, I guess, being often near the surface and tropical sun could have a lot to do with that. The care after seems a little easier too-- rinsing and drying. I hope that helps and I hope others have weighed in to help you average the right answer for you. Take care.

everything on this suit is the same weight (fairly light) undersuit only... If you want a super stretch with built in kneepads and spine pad get the Henderson. I am 8 out of 10 happy as an undersuit... would be 4/10 happy as a warm water rash guard. hope this helps

The same material throughout the suit.

DONN G
I am 6' 1", and weigh 245 and found the 3x to be too tight. Had to return the suit.

Why Did You Choose This?
JOHN E
GREAT UNDERSUIT for Industrial Hot water Suits. Also a good looking sporty skin suit for very warm waters like Caribbean. Stops most jellyfish. Seems to run large. I wear an XL for most skinsuits, with this Henderson I wear a Large. VERY WELL MADE and durable, I usually get 600-800 hours out of a suit, machine wash, drip dry every 6-8 hours of use with very little fading. Star Trek fans should choose the Black/Blue option, too bad Henderson doesn't make a Black/Red option too :D
