About Henderson Thermoprene 7mm Men's Jumpsuit (Back Zip)

The new Thermoprene wetsuit line from Henderson Aquatics delivers quality and performance a step above the rest. A fantastic value, Thermoprene is ideal for budget-minded divers who want the best in materials, design and construction. And, the fabric's exterior stands up extremely well to friction, meaning it won't show undue wear from BC straps and weight belts.

Get the features and design benefits of more expensive suits in this economically priced jumpsuit ideal for both local waters and exotic destinations. The Thermoprene Jumpsuit's effectiveness is based on a contoured fit that helps keeps water exchange to a minimum combined with a superior grade of neoprene for maximum heat retention. All seams are GBS-glued and blind stitched which further prevents water seepage and extends suit life. Creature comforts include Lycra trimmed cuffs, a spine pad and an adjustable collar. To help protect the suit durable, yet flexible freedom flex knee pads are included. Suit has a #10-YKK back zipper with zipper tab leash for easy donning and doffing. So Easy to get on and off!

I live in San Diego and although I am an avid diver, was not fond of the cold water most of the year. I finally broke down and bought a heavy wetsuit to see if I could enjoy diving here...this suit surprised me in every way. It was not the hassle to get on and off that I associated with heavy suites...it is no harder to get into than my 3 mil I normally use in warm water. And it kept me so WARM! My husband got one too and feels the same way. If you are looking for a comfortable suit that does...

I've used it in 50 degree fresh water and 60 degree salt water and felt very comfortable lobster hunting. Very nice wetsuit for the price.

Great Suit. Had it before and purchased it again. Super solid service from Leisure Pro as always.

Great service, Solid suit

First, LeisurePro was easy, fast and efficient even after having to return the first suit for sizing issues. I am a dive safety officer at an aquarium and dive 56-58 degree tanks three times a week so cold water comfort is extremely important to me. After a dozen dives I am pleased with the Thermoprene for several reasons: It is easy to get on and off. The neoprene is nice and flexible so the comfort level for working is fine. I also like the seals around the head/neck/arms. The zipper has a 10 yr. warranty which is nice but to prevent water from seeping in, it is extremely critical the neoprene flap is properly seated flat along its seam or there is some leakage at the lower back. Overall, this is a very good value for the cost.

Impressed so far.

By

Initial impressions are good! I have yet to put it to use due to a meter of snow and -30C temperatures however I have tried it on. At 6'3" & 280 lbs I don't line up well on a lot brands size charts. I ordered the 4XL, 7mm, Thermoprene more because it matched me well on the chart, and I have to say I'm sure glad I went with Henderson. It fits true to the size chart, and for a 7mm suit, is surprisingly easy to put on and take off. 100% satisfied so far!

Questions about this item:

Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
CICHLID P  I bought one exactly like this several years ago and it is still the best suit I ever had in 30+ years diving. The first is still in good condition with little wear, but I just need the same at another location.
Kevin A  price
Shopper  Is a Henderson "jumpsuit" the same as a wetsuit?
Anthony T  Yes it a Great wetsuit
DEBRA D  Yes
TIM C  Yes it is. I use this suit for diving up here in northern Illinois. The water temp range from 45ºF - 65ºF and along with a hood, gloves, and boots, this suit keeps me warm enough to dive in those conditions.
Ethan B  Are the boots integrated, or a separate product?
CHAD L  boots are a seperate product on all wetsuits, Thank God! because all wetsuits would have to be special ordered!
WILLIAM D  Boots not included..
PATRICK M  .
BRIAN A  Boots are a separate product.
Anthony T  Separate need to buy wet suit socks and boots
JOHN D  Separate
JOSEPH F  Separate product. I have scuba pro boots that work well
AMOS C  No boots just the suit, Henderson isnt what it used to be, suit didnt last a year, buy a waterproof, worth the $
Jean H  The boots are a separate product.
