I have two of these to wear in layers

I have 2 of these in different sizes to use layered. I like them because they add at most a half pound of bouyancy. Using the layers I can adjust my insulation to the situation. By wearing them under a 3 mm neoprene plus a 3mm neoprene vest I am as warm as I would be in 7mm without the noxious bouyancy and added weigh. One thing I would note (and wish Henderson would change) the shoulder area is not polyeofin. It is thin lycra. I wish they would make the entire suit out of polyeofin.

Coming Apart at the Seams

I purchased the Henderson suit to replace a 10+ year old SSA suit that was worn out. I wore the Henderson on a one week trip to Cozumel and from the first day the seams began pulling apart in the crouch and wrists. I'm a slim guy and did not overstress or abuse this suit. Very disappointed with the poor quality and durability of the Henderson jumpsuit, and I wouldn't recommend Henderson. LP couldn't assist me as the suit is already used and I don't want a replacement from Henderson. So it's o...

Henderson jumpsuit

Very happy with it. The only reason i gave it 4 stars rather than 5 is because of the zipper. It should be 5or6 inches longer. If i could have given it 4.5 stars l wound have. Top quality.

Questions about this item:

Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
lawrence s  price and only store to offer us mail shipping option.
LARRY L  Insulation without buoyancy. I layer my suits depending on conditions. By using this suit I can cut the amount of weight I need to carry.
Gerald W  2xl short is in size chart, but not in size options. Is this available?
Frank L  2XL short is not available for this suit.
Shopper  Is this suit made from 17 oz. 300 Denier Polyolefin Fibers?
DONALD P  It's made from Polyolefin but I'm not sure about the fabric weight. You could email Henderson and ask: info at hendersonusa dot com. That said, I do not recommend this suit. It isn't durable and the stitching comes loose in the seams even in a properly fitted suit. I would look for another brand.
GREGORY M  No idea what its made from other than polyolefin, but it has been a good suit.
CARRIE L  Yes, I like these so much I have three -- I dive a lot on live aboards and this suit dries quickly and wears well.
