With the Bulletproof Design of the Hollis HP5 Non-Balanced Flow-By Piston First Stage the 210/H-O2 Tech Regulator is Certified for up to 100% Oxygen Service thanks to Highly Specialized Component Materials and Manufacturing Processes. Cleaned and Assembled in a Clean Room Environment with Specially Designed Materials, Halocarbon Based Lubricants and Color-Coded for Easy Identification. The Hollis 210/H-O2's First Stage Regulator comes with a 300 BAR/4500 PSI DIN Connection. The DIN Hand-Wheel Connector comes in Oxygen Green for Easy Identification for Oxygen-Use-Only. The H-O2 is manufactured from Durable and Corrosion Resistant Marine-Grade Chrome Plated Brass, has 4 LP 3/8" Threaded Ports and 1 HP 7/16" Threaded Port.

The Flow-By Piston Design is the only true Fail-Safe First Stage Design on the market. The Piston will automatically move Downstream from the High Pressure Air coming from the Scuba Cylinder if there is an unexpected malfunction of the High-Pressure Seat. This feature guarantees a constant Gas-Flow to the Second-Stage Regulator. The Regulator First Stage weighs 8.3 oz (235.3 g).

The Hollis 210 Second Stage Regulator Housing is manufactured from Durable ABS/Polycarbonate.

Second Stage has a Patented Orthodontic Silicone Rubber Mouthpiece for exceptional comfort and Reduced Jaw Fatigue. The Mouthpiece accommodates the natural Overbite of the human jaw making this one comfortable breathing regulator. The Hollis 210 Second Stage Regulator is a Standard Downstream Demand Valve Design and has an Oxygen Color Coded integrated Soft Cover Purge Button. The Second Stage is a Compact Lightweight Design with a 2.9" (7.4 cm) Front Profile and weighs 6 oz (170 g) without a hose. The Hollis 210/H-O2 Regulator comes with a 40" (101 cm) 3/8" threaded LP Hose, CD Owner's Manual and is covered by a 24 month limited warranty.

    RALPH W  David's right. It's also a very simple (unbalanced) design so it would not breath so nice at depth. (EAN32 is good to 130 feet or so) Pretty much any new regulator you buy today will be good for recreational (up to 40%) nitrox. Finally, pure oxygen is toxic at depths much greater than 20' so you are likely to make some people very exited if you swim by at 100' breathing on an oxygen reg. This regulator is only for planned decompression diving, done by crazy people, outside the limits of recreational scuba... :-)
