I use these to strengthen my legs in the pool, per the advice of a physical therapist. They are very comfortable in the water. They are not overly large and clumsy. They are just perfect. They rinse and dry very easily and are easy to carry around. I'm very glad I purchased them.

Yes the pair I bought was too large so I have to wear scuba booties with them. You need to order a size smaller that your shoe size.
