Comments about Genesis Pressure Gauge, Imperial:

I bought this to serve as a back-up and, fortunately, haven't had to use it yet. I have an air-integrated dive computer, which requires a non-leaking high pressure hose. Recently I have had 2 high pressure hoses go bad. One was on a trip to Indonesia where I was lucky to be at a resort where they had some in-stock (but not at a cheap price). I have since bought a cheap "hockey puck" dive computer to serve as a back-up and this will serve as my pressure gage back-up as well as serve as a high pressure hose back-up.

Comments about Genesis Pressure Gauge, Imperial:

Nice small gauge. Includes a themostat for water temperature. Small has pros and cons - not bulky and easy to secure to your BCD. Use a retractable Carabineer to attach to your BCD to keep it out of the way but handy and to reduce drag in the water. Could be difficult to read in low light.

It is a basic gauge. The only thing I would like to have seen is a mount that would let you attach a compass. Otherwise, it does the job.

Comments about Genesis Pressure Gauge, Imperial:

I use it as a backup for my wireless wrist computer. I was on a trip when my computer stopped registering pressure. Thanks to this as a backup I did not have to abort my dive. I always use it, even in the pool.
