Great purchase!

I built a tray for my wifes camera and affixed this light as a spotting light. Who would have known that such a small light could replace her dive light and serve as a spotting light. I am purchasing one for myself also.

Most Liked Negative Review

Don't Buy This!

The first light I purchased leaked on the third dive. Fantasea was great about replacing it but it was a lengthy process. The second light leaked on the first dive. That was it, I was done. I own two camara housings from Fantasea and they are the best! But don't buy this light.

Great Light

I've used this light for 7+ years, 100+ dives. Works very well day or night. Best at 5< ft for focus light. But that's the best range for most of my shots. Don't unscrew the bezel too far (that's easy to remember) and your good. Great little light!

Housing remains

Nice light, worked well with FantaSea package and was critical with focusing. Unfortunately, on my last dive, the only thing that made it to the surface was the part clamped to my camera. The light portion is somewhere at the bottom of the ocean. It seems there's not a limiter and if you unscrew the light too far to turn it off, it falls out.

very functional focus light

This is very good focus light for price - only real problem is the short distance the AFO works at (<2 ft) - it creates hot spots on strobe flashed pics if u are further away, because the light does not shut off. Suggest it be used for macro shots at nite to get best use.

Excellent for photografers

Easy to attacht to strobe Good illumination

Questions about this item:

Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
ELIAS A  I bought this Fantaeea light for my UW camera. It failed in a matter of months, NG. Would not buy again. I use a Light & MOtion Sola light, expensive but really excellent and long lasting.
BRIAN D  It was okay. I am not supper thrilled with this flashlight. But it did work on all the dives I have used it. Just not super bright.
RONALD F  Great little light - actually used this as a primary on a night dive - not too bright to scare off all the critters, but bright enough to illuminate all your immediate surroundings!
Greg C  Looking for a small backup/poke into holes light, to carry all the time clipped onto my BC. This sounds like a near ideal fit - 4 AAA's must mean it is quite small... How long is it and how wide is the head? And is it a spot beam, or a wider angle one?
JULANE J  it is small and batteries last a long time. But it is not bright enough for using during daytime diving. we use it for night time camera picture taking. it turns off when the camera flash fires so there is no interference. It is an okay backup night dive torch too. But rather worthless during the day! it never leaked either.
Steve S  This light is quite small and probably perfect for what you are looking for. It is Diameter- 1.4" (36mm), Length- 5.3" (133mm).
JOHN M  Nice little light. More of a spot beam. I carry mine all the time and use it as a little backup light for poking around. The head is 2" or less and the length is about 6"
OSCAR L  It's easy to carry on, the head is about 1,56 inch diameter, but if I could turn back time I wouldn't buy it. Besides, the sensor for use with the camera as a flashlight didn't worked for me. It's not a spot beam.
WILLIAM M  It's about 6 inches overall. The head is less than 2 inches in diameter. The light is quite bright and a set of batteries lasts at least 6 hours. I use rechargeable Eneloop batteries. I use mine mainly as modeling light for my camera, but also use it as a dive light for doing what you want. It comes with a lanyard. I would say it fits you needs to a T.
amreimer a  Hello, I'm not at home to measure mine but this may not be the best light for your task. It's quite small, but it turns on and off by twisting the head. It's tight too, so it would not be great to be turning on and off frequently. It's best feature is that it cycles off for pictures. BTW i'm guessing 5 inches long with a 1.5 inch wide head.
WALLY H  This is a good little light, but i want one so bright that it will start fires under water. i just returned from Roatan and some of my fellow divers had very bright lights that worked well under over hangs at 50 feet, and that's what i am saving my money for. Wally
Shopper  How many lumens is this flashlight?
LeisurePro S  This focus light is rated at approx. 15 lumens.
