Comments about Fantasea LED 44 Light with Emergency Flasher, Yellow:

Used this light on my recent trip to Bonaire. This light was awesome. Took it on two night dives and it performed better than most of the better more expensive light others had. Nice strobe feature too. Batteries life is good too. Has a bright white LED light. Great light for the money.

Comments about Fantasea LED 44 Light with Emergency Flasher, Yellow:

This is a good night-diving light, it puts out allot of lumens. I would not recommend it as a modeling light though because it has a very strong hot spot. The three-element LED lights with a reflector seem to output a much more even light field, and are less bulky.

          Questions about this item:

Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
LAUREL M  I have an underwater camera setup with video and thought this light would be helpfun for dark areas. I actually bought two: one for me and one for my husband for his birthday. We love them especially on night dives.
HARVEY C  I'm shopping for a combo backup dive light and emergency strobe signal. Does this model just flash the LEDs? How does the flasher compare to a real xenon strobe? How do you turn the flasher on and off?
WAI C  I use this torch as a focus light for macro photography. There's a lever switch to choose between "on" and "flasher". This model flashes the LEDS for emergency signalling. It's is definitely NOT a xenon strobe flasher.
HARVEY C  Thanks, WAI, that's just what I needed to know.
Shopper  anyone know the beam angle?
Marius F  It seems rather narrow. There are a bunch of LED's , typically the light emitted is close to parallel. I get a 10" spot @ 3 ft; at 10 ft distance, getting a bright 1ft diameter spot, surrounded by another 1 ft of dim light all around. Great as a flashlight or aiming light, won't do the trick as a video light (will get a very bright spot in the center of image- maybe a difuser could fix that, haven't tried yet.) Hope this helps.
