How do you adjust the back strap?

Just pull either side to tighten. Finger loops make this easy even in the water. Push the tab either side to loosen. Rotate the whole strap and tabs 90 degrees and you can pop it completely off. These are nice fins - great for snorkeling and even casual scuba.

You can adjust back strap by pulling each side tab. I found that wearing water socks helps when snorkeling for several hours with chaffing.

It has been a couple of years since I used them, but I think there is a button on the side attachment piece that you press that allows you to slide the heel strap either way.

it has a clasp that USUALLY opens up!!!
so you might wanna second twice about using this in open sea!!! i would r commend full closed back portion fin (all plastic) instead

There are buckles on the straps, you can loosen them and then cinch them down once your foot is in. Very easy to use, I’ve used these fins a couple times a year for a few years now and they still work great.
